LSJD2009 is a single component, neutral curing silicone sealant designed specifically for weather sealing of various curtain walls (glass curtain walls, aluminum panel curtain walls, etc.), with excellent weather resistance. After artificial accelerated climate aging testing, the physical and chemical properties of the sealant have not changed significantly. When in use, use a glue gun to squeeze the glue from the sealant cylinder into the desired joint. The sealant absorbs moisture from the air at room temperature and solidifies into an elastic body, forming an effective seal.
Product features:
Single component, easy to use, with good extrudability and thixotropy in the temperature range of 4 ℃ -40 ℃. It can be directly applied by extrusion with a glue gun;
The displacement capacity reaches 25 levels, and this product can maintain its performance and effectively seal the normal shrinkage and shear deformation of the curtain wall; Excellent weather aging resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and water resistance;
Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures. After curing, it will not become brittle, harden or crack at low temperatures of -50 ℃, and will not become soft or degrade at high temperatures of+120 ℃, maintaining good elasticity at all times;
It has good adhesion and forms a strong bond with most building materials after curing without the need for a primer.
It has good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.
